    SHIPPING POLICY:  All orders are shipped via a courier company.  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from the courier via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the stated delivery time frame is an estimation provided by the courier  and delivery time may vary between cities and provinces. Generally the closer you are to Johannesburg the sooner you will receive your package! 

    All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the festive period. If you are after an update on the status of your order, please get in touch at admin@blackstrawberry.co.za

    Black Strawberry does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, the courier will arrange an alternative date/time with you.

    RETURN POLICY: 

    Although we hope you love all your items from Black Strawberry we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

    Black Strawberry  will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

    T&Cs apply.

    1. Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order

    2. All original tags must remain attached

    3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

    4. Return must include Return Number obtained from our Customer Care admin@blackstrawberry.co.za

    Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.  Black Strawberry reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
