Smoothies are definitely my go-to meal-on-the-go option especially on busy weeks where I’m literally stuck to my chair. They also help me to get the nutrients I need so I don’t skip a meal or have junk ‘cos I’m just hungry. They are easy to prep and any leftover can be kept in the fridge for the next day/snack in between meals.
