Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via a courier company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from the courier via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the stated delivery time frame is an estimation provided by the courier and delivery time may vary between cities and provinces. Generally the closer you are to Johannesburg the sooner you will receive your package!
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the festive period. Black Strawberry does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, the courier will arrange an alternative date/time with you.
