Although we hope you love all your items from Black Strawberry we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black Strawberry  will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. All original tags must remain attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Return must include Return Number obtained from our Customer Care\u00a0admin@blackstrawberry.co.za<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.  Black Strawberry reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
